HIGH POTENTIAL MAGNESIUM ANODES
Also used for Internal tank cathodic protection.
-Cylidrical type (50 lbs wt.) can be install either single anodes or multiple anodes in a string type.
-Rectangular/Trapezoidal type (44 lbs wt.) can be used directly either welded or bolted on the surface of the internal tank.

ALUMINUM BRACELET ANODES
bracelet anodes are designed for use on all
types of pipelines found in the saltwater environments. On pipe installations where a concrete weight coat is to be employed, square ended bracelet anodes are recommended at the same thickness as the weight coat.

ALUMINUM HULL ANODES
Hull anodes are manufactured for the hulls of oceangoing vessels. They are also applicable for use on any other saltwater structure. Because Alloy I contain nominal amounts of mercury, it is not recommended for areas where water flow is restricted.

ALUMINUM BRACELET ANODES
Extruded magnesium anodes are most suitable for structures buried or submerged in highresistivity electrolytes. The ribbon anode is used for the protection of pipelines and storage tanks.

MAGNESIUM ANODES-PREPACKAGED
High potential anodes can be used to protect
most buried metallic structures found in a range of soil resistivities.
Can be used for temporary CP pipeline, fire hydrant, Anchor Block, and at casing road crossing.

ZINC RIBBON AND ZINC PREPACKAGED ANODES
Zinc cast anodes are recommended for use in soils with resistivities below 1,000 ohm-cm. Because these anodes have a driving voltage that is lower than magnesium, they are most effective on well-coated steel structures, which require minimal current output.

TEST STATION/SOIL ACCESS TEST STATION
Test Stations are used for measurement of anode and structure potentials of Cathodic Protection Systems.
This kind of test stations are applicable for paved areas where soil is not accessible.

COATING REPAIR; PATCH STICK
stick is used quickly to repair small holidays of the fusion bonded epoxy coatings. This polymeric material is provided in “Stick” form and is hot melted onto the area needing repair. Easy to Use, and Facilitates Quick Repair. Maximum operating temperature 65°C/149°F. This also use for exposed connection of cable to pipeline thermite welded such cable for test station and negative cable connections to pipeline.

CP COUPON
On-potential and off-potential (IR free potential), spread resistance, corrosion rate measurement, DC and AC current, Current Densities, and verification of CP effectiveness,
The coupon is buried in the same electrolyte near the structure to be tested and connected to it through a test station

RUBBER SPLICING TAPE
Primary electrical insulation for splicing cable from 600 volts through 69,000 volts on all solid dielectric cables. It provides primary insulation for building stress cones on cables up to 35,000 volts on all solid dielectric cables.
used for seal connection somtimes prior to heatshrink tube or epoxy encapsulation

PERMANENT & PORTABLE REFERENCE ELECTRODES
Reference Electrodes are used for measuring
potential of the structures (either the structured buried in soil, immersed in water, or imbedded in concrete).
Reference electrodes such as Ag/AgCl and Cu/CuSo4 can be either with or without depends on the application encpasulated/prepackaged

CATHODIC PROTECTION CABLES

The coke breeze backfill is used around
impressed current anodes for underground
cathodic protection applications. It is used to Reduce the resistivity of the environment
surrounding the anode to increase the amount of current the anode can discharge.

This slotted pipe with geotextiles are installed Used for reference Electrode access for potential measurement of the bottom tank.
buried at 50mm below the bottom of the tank
bottom in the sand pad.

AllVENT PIPE
AllVent pipe is designed exclusively for use in deep cathodic protection systems. It has an opening strategic pattern to allow 360° venting ability without a loss of pipe strength. Vertical slits placed with precession cutting wire produce opening 1.5″ length with a width of 0.015cm.
Size: 1″ dia x 6m length

ISOLATING SPARK GAPS
The isolating spark gap ensures lightning protection equipotential bonding and safely discharges overvoltage. This in turn ensures smooth operation of the pipeline.
Therefore, spark gap is used to protect the gasket. The function of spark gap is that when the lightning or fault occurs (increasing the potential difference between the two flange edges), it blocks the current path from its path and prevents the insulation kit being damaged.
Can be installed between the flange of the pipeline

POLARIZATION CELL REPLACEMENT (PCR)
The isolating spark gap ensures lightning protection equipotential bonding and safely discharges overvoltage. This in turn ensures smooth operation of the pipeline.
Therefore, spark gap is used to protect the gasket. The function of spark gap is that when the lightning or fault occurs (increasing the potential difference between the two flange edges), it blocks the current path from its path and prevents the insulation kit being damaged.

Cadweld connections are an accepted method for attaching cathodic protection leads to pipes, tanks, or any other buried metallic structure.

JUNCTION BOX AND BONDING BOX
Anode Junction Boxes are used for anode cable terminations of Cathodic Protection Systems. Bonding boxes are used for bonding all structures to be protected.
